Welcome to our Caribbean catering service, where culinary passion and authentic flavours unite to create unforgettable experiences.  Join us on this flavourful journey and let us make your events truly special with the vibrant tastes of the Caribbean.  Our journey began in the vibrant kitchen of my childhood, where I spent countless hours watching my Dad and Granny prepare authentic dishes from Jamaica.  Our menu features mouth-watering dishes such as jerk chicken, jerk pork, curry goat, rice and peas, Jamaican patties, and much more.  Each dish is crafted with the finest ingredients and traditional recipes to provide an unforgettable culinary experience.   As a Black British individual with Jamaican parentage, I embraced this rich culinary heritage and developed a deep love for cooking. 

  

Based in Royal Borough of Greenwich, we have earned recognition as award winners in Food and Hospitality.  Our adventure started with providing delicious lunch meals, and thanks to your support and love for our food, our business has flourished. Today, we cater to a variety of events including corporate gatherings, funerals, parties, and private chef services.  We also bring a unique touch to events with our branded Airstream trailer, offering a vibrant and eye-catching setup that perfectly complements any occasion.
